Each sample was linearly amplified by TotalPrep-96 RNA Amplification Kit for Array Analysis (Illumina, San Diego CA, USA). On the same day, all samples were hybridization to Illumina Human HT-12 Expression BeadChips using the Whole-Genome Gene Expression Direct Hybridization Assay (Illumina). BeadChips were scanned on the Illumina HiScan to determine raw probe fluorescence intensity.
