Immunohistochemistry and Western Blotting Protocols
For immunohistochemistry, the following secondary antibodies were used: Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG, Alexa 568-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG, Alexa 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG, Alexa 568-conjugated anti-mouse IgG (Life Technologies), and biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG (Vector Laboratories).
