TPCK-Trypsin was purchased from Pierce (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rockford, IL, USA). Both sulforhodamane B (SRB) and oseltamivir were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). The tissue culture plates were purchased from Falcon (BD Biosiences, San Jose, CA, USA). All other chemicals were of reagent grade.
