OS cell lines MG63 and U2OS cells were obtained from the Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). Cells were maintained in RPIM 1640 medium (Biological Industries, Kibbutz Beit Haemek, Israel) with 15% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Biological Industries) with in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2 at 37°C.
