Esophageal Cancer Cell Line Study
The human esophageal squamous cancer cell lines (Eca-109 and TE-1) were purchased from the Type Culture Collection of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). Eca-109 was cultured in RPMI-1640, supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) (both from Gibco-Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA) and 100 µg/ml each of penicillin and streptomycin (Invitrogen-Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA). The TE-1 was cultured in complete medium of highglucose Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% (FBS) (Gibco-Life Technologies) and 100 µg/ml each of penicillin and streptomycin (Invitrogen-Life Technologies). The cells were maintained in a humidified 5% CO 2 incubator at 37˚C.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
