Cell Culture and Antibody Characterization

PC3 and DU145 prostate cancer cell lines and U2OS osteoblastoma cells were acquired from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). Cell lines were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Corning), penicillin-streptomycin (Corning), and gentamycin (Gibco, Life Technologies) as recommended by the supplier in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2 at 37°C.
