High affinity purification purified CpG ODNs (5′-TCCATGACGTTCCTGACGTT-SH-3′) were synthesized by Sangon Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Unless otherwise noted, all chemicals were analytical grade and used without further purification. Milli-Q water (less than 18.2 MΩ cm) was used throughout the whole experiment.

Synthesis and Purification of Functionalized Monomers

N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAM, J&K Scientific, 99.5%, Beijing, China) was recrystallized three times in n-hexane and methylbenzene to remove inhibitor. Acryloyl chloride, aminophenylboronic acid (APBA), adipic dihydrazide (ADH), poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA, polymerization degree: 1750, hydrolysis degree: 87-89%) were purchased from J&K Scientific, Beijing, China. Sodium phosphate dibasic, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, methanol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), triethyl amine (TEA) and acetone were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd., Beijing, China.

Synthesis and Characterization of Polyoxometalate Compounds

Quantitative analysis of extracellular matrix proteins
