Murine Adipose Tissue Immune Profiling

(USA). Anti-mouse TNFα primary antibody (A11534) was purchased from ABclonal Technology Co., Ltd. (China). Mouse TNFα ELISA Kits (CME0004) were purchased from 4A Biotech., Ltd (China). Flow cytometric antibodies including PE/cy7-F4/80 (#123114), APC-CD19 (#115512), PE-CD206 (#141705), FITC-CD45 (#103108), Pacific Blue-CD11b (#101224), PerCP/cy5.5-CD3 (#100328) and PerCP-CD11c (#117325) were purchased from Biolegend Inc. (USA).
