The ultrapure water was produced using Milli-Q Gradient 10A System (Merck Millipore Corporation, Burlington, MA, USA). The delphinidin-3,5-diglucoside chloride standard was bought from ChromaDex TM (Los Angeles, CA, USA). Cyanidin 3-glucoside was purchased from Indofine Chemical Co. (Somerville, NJ, USA). DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), ABTS (2,2-azinobis(3-ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) and Trolox (6-Hidroxi-2,5,7,8-tetrametilchroman-2-carboxylic acid) were acquired from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). AAPH (2,2′-azobis ((2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride); Fluorescein; Dulbecco’s cell culture medium and bovine serum albumin were purchased from Sigma. Serum fetal bovine and MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) were acquired from Laborclin (Campinas, Brazil). All the chemicals had an analytical and HPLC grade.

Cell Culture Protocol for Analysis

The nitrilotriacetic acid, ferric nitrate, and Dulbecco's cell culture medium was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Company (St. Louis, MO). Fetal bovine serum was purchased from Gibco™, Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, Massachusetts, EUA). Tissue culture flasks were purchased from Greiner Bio-One International GmbH (Kremsmünster, Austria).
