PGE2, EP4 antagonist (BGC 20–1531), EP2 antagonist (PF-04418948), EP3 antagonist (L-798,106), AKT1&2 inhibitor (AKTi-1/2), PKA inhibitor (H89 dihydrochloride), and EPAC inhibitor (ESI 09) were obtained from Tocris Bioscience.
