All tissue microarrays were stained at the LUMC pathology laboratory using the H3K27 antibody, H3K27-trimethyl (Millipore, Billerica, USA) with tonsil as positive control, using standard laboratory procedures as described previously. (14 (link)) After antigen retrieval by exposure to microwave heating in Tris–EDTA buffer pH 9.0 at 100°C for 10 min, the sections were incubated overnight at 4°C with 1:8000 diluted H3K27me3 antibody.
