AMH was measured using Elecsys AMH electro-chemiluminescent immunoassay Roche Cobas E411 analyzer (Roche Diagnostics). These measurements were performed using standard reagent kits supplied by the manufacturers. The analytical performance of these assays was within the specifications of the analysers.
