Cytokine Profiling of Plasma Samples

Plasma Cytokine Profiling Protocol

For plasma studies, cellular elements of whole blood were pelleted by centrifugation at 1000 xg for 7 minutes at room temperature; the soluble phase was aspirated, aliquoted and stored at -80°C. Multiplex Cytokine Profiling of Plasma
