Hypersil gold lc column

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific
Sourced in United Kingdom

The Hypersil Gold LC column is a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column designed for a wide range of analytical applications. It features a silica-based stationary phase with a spherical particle morphology, which provides efficient and consistent separation of analytes. The Hypersil Gold column is suitable for the analysis of various chemical compounds, including pharmaceuticals, environmental contaminants, and food-related substances.

LC-MS Analysis of Small Molecules

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Sample separation was carried out using a Surveyor autosampler and an MSPumpPlus (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Runcorn, UK) LC system on a reverse phase Thermo Fisher Scientific Hypersil Gold LC column (1.0 × 100 mm, 5 μm) operated with a Hypersil guard cartridge, suitable for general separations. Mass spectrometry detection was performed using an LCQ ion trap (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hemel Hempstead, UK) operated using an ESI source in positive mode. Instrument control and data analysis were carried out using Xcalibur 2.0.7 software with data processed using both the Quan Browser Xcalibur tool and Microsoft Excel.

HPLC Analysis of Citrinin Toxin

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
HPLC analysis was carried out using an Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC system with a florescence detector set at λex = 330 nm and λem = 500 nm. A 150 × 4.6 mm, 3 μm Hypersil GOLD LC column (Thermo Fisher Scientific) was used isocratically with a (50/50 v/v) acetonitrile −10 mM phosphoric acid (pH = 2.5) mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and a column oven temperature of 40 °C. Under these conditions, citrinin elutes with a retention time of approximately 3.6 min and a total run time of 6.0 min.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
