Snu 175

HCT-15, DLD-1, HCT-8, SW480, SNU-175, SNU-C5, HT-29, Caco-2, and SNU-C4 cells were purchased from the Korean Cell Line Bank (Seoul, Korea). HCT-15, DLD-1, HCT-8, SW480, SNU-175, SNU-C5, HT-29, and SNU-C4 cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS, 4mM L-glutamine, and 1% penicillin/streptomycin at 37 °C with 5% CO₂. Caco-2 cells were maintained in DMEM with 10% FBS, 4mM L-glutamine, and 1% penicillin/streptomycin at 37 °C with 5% CO₂. Normal colon epithelial CCD8410CoN cell line was kindly provided by Prof. Nayoung Kim at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. CCD841CoN cells were maintained in an Eagle’s Minimum Essential Medium (EMEM) with 10% FBS, 4mM L-glutamine, and 1% penicillin/streptomycin at 37 °C with 5% CO₂.
