Chinese Herbal Intervention for Colitis

Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection Kit was obtained from Beyotime (C1062M, Suzhou, China).

Mouse fibroblast cells (L929) were purchased from the Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was brought from Beyotime Biotechnology. A live & dead viability/cytotoxicity assay kit was obtained from YEASEN Inc (Shanghai, China). Sprague Dawley (SD) rats and balb/c mice were supplied by the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university laboratory animal center. Ultrapure water was supplied by Milli-Q Plus System (Millipore Corporation, United States). All reagents were used without further purification.
