Anti human cd9

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in United States

Anti-human CD9 is a lab equipment product that can be used to detect the presence of the CD9 protein on the surface of human cells. CD9 is a member of the tetraspanin family of proteins and is involved in various cellular processes. The product can be used in flow cytometry and other immunoassays to identify and study cells expressing CD9.

Concentrations and size of EVs samples were determined by Nanoflow (NanoFCW, China), using the same instrument and software settings. To detect expressions of CD9 and CD81 on EVs, 2×109 EVs particles in 90µL of PBS were incubated with 10µL of FITC-conjugated anti-human CD81 (#349504, Biolegend, USA), or anti-human CD9 (#312104, Biolegend, USA) antibody was incubated for 1h in the dark at room temperature, then purified using a HiTrap Capto Core 700 system and analyzed with NanoFlow software.

EV size, count, and purity were characterized using nanoparticle tracking analysis.17 (link) Each sample was diluted accordingly and loaded onto Nanosight NS300 (Malvern Panalytical) using a 1-mL disposable syringe. Five captures were recorded per measurement of samples. Data were analyzed using NanoSight NTA software v3.40 (Malvern Panalytical). Surface marker expression on EVs were measured by flow cytometry analysis as described.18 Briefly, EVs were captured on Streptavidin magnetic beads (Millipore # LSKMAGT10) coated with biotinylated anti-human CD9 (Biolegend #312112) and anti-human CD81 (Biologend #349514) antibodies then stained with PE-conjugated anti-human CD63 (Biologend #353004) or anti-human CD81 (Biologend #349506) or anti-human CD9 (Biologend #312106) or mouse IgG1κ isotype antibody (Biologend #400114)

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
