Goat anti glun1
Goat anti-GluN1 is a primary antibody that recognizes the GluN1 subunit of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor. It is produced in goats and can be used for the detection and quantification of the GluN1 protein in various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation.

Proteins were revealed using the appropriate HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (GE healthcare). Proteins were then identified using Immobilon Western (Millipore) chemiluminescent solution and images acquired on a Fusion FX7 system (Vilber Lourmat). Full-size blots for cropped gels are shown in Supplementary figure 7.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
