Immunoblotting for BCL6, STAT6, and β-Actin

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Western blots were performed as described [8 (link)] by using 10μg total extracts per lane and antibodies against BCL6 (N3 #sc-858, Santa Cruz, Heidelberg, Germany); STAT6 (M-200 #sc-1698, Santa Cruz); β-Actin (Sigma).

Double Immunostaining of Hyperplastic Tonsils

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Sequential double immunostaining was performed on TMA slides containing hyperplastic tonsils. Briefly, paraffin sections were cut, pretreated, and immunostained with the internal region-specific MEF2B antibody or with a polyclonal rabbit BCL6 antibody (N-3, sc-858, Santa Cruz), as outlined above. Subsequently, the slides were incubated with monoclonal mouse anti-PD1 antibody (NAT105C, kindly provided by Giovanna Roncador, Monoclonal antibodies Core Unit, Spanish National Cancer Centre, Madrid, Spain) which was detected with an antimouse alkaline phosphatase micropolymer and AP-Red chromogen (both from Histopathology Ltd., Pécs, Hungary).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
