Spectra por 12 14 kda cut off dialysis tubing

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific

The Spectra/Por 12–14 kDa cut‐off dialysis tubing is a semi-permeable membrane used for dialysis. It has a molecular weight cut-off range of 12,000–14,000 Daltons, allowing the selective passage of molecules within this size range while retaining larger molecules.

Fura‐2/AM, pluronic acid F‐127 and fluorescein conjugated‐BSA were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA); bromosulphophthalein was obtained from Fluka (Fluka, Buchs, Switzerland); and hydroxyethyl piperazineethanesulphonic acid (Hepes) and all other chemicals were obtained from Sigma‐Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA).
Heat shock, fraction V BSA was from Roche (Basel , Switzerland). BSA was extensively dialysed against normal saline plus 10 mm Hepes using Spectra/Por 12–14 kDa cut‐off dialysis tubing (Thermo Fisher Scientific).

Hydroxyethyl piperazineethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) and all other chemicals were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA) or VWR BDH chemicals (Radnor, PA, USA). Fura-2/AM, fluo-4/AM, calcein/AM, pluronic acid F-127, and fluorescein conjugated-BSA were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA), bromosulfophthalein (BSP) was from Fluka (Fluka, Buchs, Switzerland), and 190 proof ethyl alcohol from Decon, Labs Inc. Heat shock, fraction V BSA was from Roche (Basel, Switzerland). BSA was extensively dialyzed against normal saline plus 10 mM HEPES using Spectra/Por 12–14 kDa cut-off dialysis tubing (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
Dr. K. Mikoshiba (RIKEN) generously provided the plasmid pIRIS-1 and pRatiometric-pericam-nu was a gift from A. About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
