Quantitative PCR Analysis of Gene Expression

Total RNA was extracted from cells or tissues using TRIzol reagent according to the manufacturer’s instructions. cDNA was reverse-transcribed from 1 μg of RNA using the High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Quantitative PCR (qPCR) was performed with SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Bioneer) using a CFX96 Touch Real-Time PCR Detection System (Bio-Rad). Primer sequences are listed in Supplementary Table 1.
