Flow Cytometry Analysis of Immune Cells

Single cell suspensions of blood (by cardiac puncture) were collected from NRL-CV, NRL and wild-type adult male and female mice and stained for flow cytometry. Samples were acquired on a BD Fortessa instrument. Data were analysed using FlowJo v10.8.1.
