Diamond high temperature type tg dta thermoanalyzer

Manufactured by PerkinElmer
Sourced in United States

The Diamond High Temperature Type TG/DTA thermoanalyzer is a laboratory instrument designed for thermal analysis. It measures weight changes and thermal effects in materials as they are heated, cooled, or held at constant temperature. The instrument provides quantitative data on physical and chemical changes in the sample.

Characterization of Synthesized Materials

The structure and performance of the synthesized materials were characterized by several techniques. The FTIR spectra measurements were mounted by using a Perkin-Elmer Spectrum One FTIR spectrometer (Perkin-Elmer, United States) in KBr pellet at room temperature in a spectral range of 4000–400 cm−1. 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR) was recorded in a DMX-300 MHz instrument (Bruker, Germany) using CDCl3 as the solvent. The XRD patterns were acquired on a RigakuD/MAX 2200 X-ray diffractometer (Tokyo, Japan). TGA was performed on a Diamond High Temperature Type TG/DTA thermoanalyzer (Perkin-Elmer, United States) under a N2 atmosphere from room temperature to 800 °C with heating rate of 10 °C min−1. The magnetization curves of samples were measured through MPMS3 system on superconducting quantum interference device (Quantum Design, USA) at 300 K. For zeta potential analysis, 10 mg of Fe3O4, MWHPO or MWHPO-GO powder was dispersed in 25 mL of ultrapure water with various pH values, respectively. The obtained solution samples were measured with a JS94H (Shanghai, China). SEM and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were performed using a FEI QUANTA FEG250 coupled with INCA Energy X-MAX-50. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images were obtained from a JEOL JEM-100CX II.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
