For antibody procurement, the following sources were utilized: EGFR, goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP, and donkey anti-rabbit IgG-HRP were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA), while MMP-2, MMP-9, survivin, and GAPDH antibodies were procured from Proteintech (Wuhan, China). Furthermore, antibodies against MEK, p-MEK (Ser298), ERK1/2, p-ERK1/2 (Thr202/Thr185), BDNF, Ras, and Raf were sourced from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, UK).
