Secondary antibodies, anti-mouse IgG-Alexa 488, anti-mouse IgG-Alexa 568, anti-rabbit IgG-Alexa 568, and anti-rat IgG-FITC, were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA).
