Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology
Sourced in United States

VEGF-C (sc-374,628) is a recombinant protein product manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology. It is a member of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family, which are key regulators of angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. The core function of VEGF-C is to stimulate the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells.

Immunohistochemical Analysis of Foxp3, VEGF-C, and D2-40

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Paraffin block was cut into 4-μm sections and treated by routine skill. After microwaved in citrate buffer for 5 min, the slides were incubated with Foxp3 (ab10563, Abcam, USA), VEGF-C (sc-374,628, Santa Cruz, CA), and D2-40 (MAB-0567, Maxim-Bio, Fuzhou, China) at room temperature respectively. Then, the sections were incubated with a secondary antibody (MaximBio Company, Fuzhou, China). Labeling was monitored by diaminobenzidine (Maxim-Bio Company). At last, hematoxylin was used to stain the sections.

Western Blot Analysis of VEGF-C

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Clinical tissues or cultured cells were lysed with RIPA buffer (Beyotime Biotechnology, China). Equal amounts of proteins were separated by 10% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and transferred onto Immobilon-P Transfer membrane (Merck Millipore, China). Immunoblots were prepared using standard protocols including BSA blocking, primary antibody incubation (VEGF-C, sc-374628; β-actin, sc-58673; both from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA), secondary horseradish peroxidase-conjugated antibody incubation (anti-goat IgG for VEGF-C, anti-mouse IgG for TBL1XR1 and β-actin) and eventually developed with chemiluminescence reagents (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
