TCT (99%) was purchased from Shanghai McLean Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd.; EDA, tetrahydrofuran (THF, 99%), and potassium dichromate were provided by Chengdu Cologne Chemical Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China); HAuCl4·4H2O was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China); and other metal salt solutions purchased fromTianjin Fengchuan Chemical Reagent Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianjin, China). All reagents were used as received without further purification. The experimental water was ultrapure water (18.25 MΩ).

Multifunctional PAMAM Dendrimer Synthesis

Ethylenediamine core G5.NH2 PAMAM dendrimers (molecular weight = 26,010 g/mol) with polydispersity index values less than 1.08 were purchased from Dendritech (Midland, MI, USA). Polyethylene glycol (PEG) monomethyl ether with a carboxyl group at one end (mPEG-COOH) was obtained from Shanghai Yanyi Biotechnology Corporation (Shanghai, China). The water used in all experiments was purified using a Milli-Q Plus185 water purification system (Millipore, Bedford, MA) with a resistivity greater than 18.2 MΩ cm.

Luminol-Based Chemiluminescence Detection Protocol

All reagents used were at least of analytical agent grade and 18.2 MΩ cm−1 resistivity water (90005-02, Labconco Water Pro Ps, Canada) was used throughout this study. Sodium citrate and Triton-X 114 was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. HAuCl4·4H2O (48%, w/w) was obtained from Sinopharm Group Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China).

Electrochemical Immunosensor for IgG Detection

Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) analysis were collected using a FEI QUANTA FEG250 coupled with INCA Energy X-MAX-50. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) spectrum was collected using VERTEX 70 spectrometer (Bruker, Germany). All electrochemistry measurements were performed on a CHI760E electrochemical workstation (Chenhua Instrument Shanghai Co., Ltd, China) by using a conventional three-electrode system consisted of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE, 4 mm in diameter) as working electrode, a saturated calomel electrode (SCE) as the reference electrode, and the platinum wire electrode as the counter electrode.
HAuCl4·4H2O was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). FeCl3∙6H2O was purchased from Damao Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd (Tianjin, China). 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) was purchased from XiBao biological technology co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Human immunoglobulin G (IgG), goat Anti-Human IgG and bovine serum albumin (BSA, 96–99%) were obtained from Dingguo Biochemical Reagents (Beijing, China). All other reagents were at analytical grade and ultrapure water was used throughout the study.

(VB4r) were prepared. Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by the Hummer
procedure,30 (link) and 1 mg of GO was dissolved
in 100 mL of water by means of ultrasound to obtain a concentration
of 10 μg/mL of GO. AuNPs with size of 8 nm were prepared by
the NaBH4 procedure. All reagents are analytically pure,
and the water was double-distilled.
