SEPT7 is a laboratory reagent that functions as a septin protein. Septins are a family of GTP-binding proteins involved in various cellular processes, such as cytokinesis and vesicle trafficking. The specific core function of SEPT7 is to participate in the assembly and organization of septin filaments and structures within cells.

Comprehensive IHC Analysis of Cellular Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
An IHC assay was performed as previously described21 (link) for detection of SEPT7 and p65 (NF-κB) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Dallas, TX, USA) and Akt, p-Akt, Snail, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Vimentin, Ki67, BCL2, MMP2, and Cyclin D1 (Abcam, Shanghai, P.R. China) expression.
HE staining was also routinely performed. The processed slides were observed under an optical microscope (Olympus, Japan).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
