Multiparameter Flow Cytometry for Immune Cell Analysis

Multiparameter Flow Cytometry Immune Profiling

Single-cell-suspensions of splenocytes and liver leukocytes were stained for cell surface markers using specific fluorophore-conjugated antibodies optimized for flow cytometry.
