The monoclonal ERα36 antibody was developed by Abmart, Inc. (Shanghai, China) as a custom service, which was raised against a synthetic peptide antigen corresponding to the C-terminal of ERα36. The polyclonal ERK1/2 antibody and phospho-ERK1/2 (Thr²⁰²/Tyr²⁰⁴) antibody were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. (Boston, MA, USA). The antibody against EGFR and ERα was purchased from Epitomics, Inc. (Burlingame, CA, USA). The antibody against β-actin was purchased from Beyotime Biotech Inc. (Shanghai, China).
