Most of the Aβ and tau primary and secondary antibodies were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Beverly, MA, USA). p-Tau Ser199 was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). C3AR1 which was acquired from Mybiosource, Inc. (San Diego, CA, USA).
