Total cell proteins were separated using sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. Blots were blocked with 5% nonfat milk with 0.1% Tween 20. Protein Expression Profiling of Smooth Muscle Cells

Total protein content of the cell was separated using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes.
