Pgd2 mox elisa

Manufactured by Cayman Chemical
Sourced in United States

The PGD2-MOX ELISA is a quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used for the measurement of 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-Prostaglandin J₂ (15d-PGJ₂) in biological samples. It is designed to detect and quantify the levels of this metabolite of Prostaglandin D₂ (PGD₂) in various matrices.

Cytokine and Prostaglandin Profiling

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
CM was collected from each group after centrifugation at 700 × g for 10 min at 4°C and stored at −80°C for subsequent experiments. For cytokine measurement, conditioned medium was subjected to a proteome profiler array using a mouse XL cytokine array kit (R&D, ARY028), and the relative levels of 111 cytokines and chemokines were measured. The array procedure and data analysis were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
For measurement of prostaglandins, CM were collected as described and analyzed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The ELISA kit used for measurement were as follows: PGD2-MOX ELISA(Cayman Chemical company, 500151); PGJ2 ELISA(ENZO, ADI-900-023); PGE2ELISA(R&D systems, KGE004B).

PGD2 Quantification by ELISA

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
PGD2-MOX ELISA (CaymanChemicals, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA) was performed according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The standards and the samples were diluted in a 1:1 mixture of culture medium and methyl-oximating reagent and assayed at adequate dilutions and in duplicates, where possible. In some experiments, obtained values were normalized to the total protein content per well as determined with a PierceTM BCA protein assay (ThermoFisher Scientific) or tissue wet weight (PCLS).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
