Serum Lipid and Hormone Profiling

Upon completion of the experiments, all rats were weighed and blood was collected from the anesthetized animals into blood collection tubes after a 12-h overnight fast. After standing for 30 min, the serum was prepared by centrifugation of blood at 1000 × g for 10 min at 4 °C and stored at −80 °C until analysis. Gastric Biomarkers Quantification
