Immunofluorescence Staining of Focal Adhesions

Neurons were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (in PBS) for 20 min at room temperature and then incubated with 0.25% Triton X-100 (in PBS) and 1% BSA (in PBS) for 1 h for permeabilization and blocking.
