6520 q tof lc ms mass spectrometer
The 6520 Q-TOF LC/MS mass spectrometer is a high-resolution mass spectrometry instrument designed for accurate mass measurements and identification of unknown compounds. It combines a quadrupole mass filter with a time-of-flight (TOF) mass analyzer to provide high-speed, high-sensitivity, and high-resolution mass analysis.

HRESIMS were measured by an Agilent 6520 Q-TOF LC-MS mass spectrometer. 1D-and 2D-NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker AV-400 spectrometer (400 MHz for 1 H and 100MHz for 13 C, respectively).
Semi-preparative HPLC was performed on a Hitachi Spectra Series HPLC system equipped with an L-2130 pump and a UV L-2400 detector in a YMC-ODS column (10 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); flow rate at 1.5 mL/min; wavelength detection at 254 nm. Fractions were monitored by TLC, and spots were visualized by heating silica gel plates after spraying with 10% H 2 SO 4 in EtOH. GC analysis was carried out on an Agilent 7820A GC system using an HP-5 (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) column; detection FID; carrier gas N 2 ; injection temperature 250℃, detection temperature 250℃, column temperature 180℃. Preparative HPLC methanol and chemicals of analytical grade, such as methanol, dichloromethane, and ethyl acetate, were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. The cell line, RAW264.7 (mouse macrophage), was available and maintained in our laboratory.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
