The proteins of suspensions OFs, exosomes, and tissues were obtained and quantified by the BCA method (Beyotime, Shanghai, China). Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction

Juju (Herba CichoriiIntybi) was purchased from Xinjiang Minhai Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Co., Ltd. (Aletai, China). Fuling (Poria) and Tufuling (Rhizoma Smilacis Chinae) were purchased from Beijing BencaoFangyuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). The appropriate amount of medicine was weighed in proportion and the ratio of material to liquid was 10 times the mass of deionized water. The extracts were prepared with boiling water for 1hr and extracted twice. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits for tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) assays were obtained from Shanghai Jiangle Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The CD3 Polyclonal Antibody, AKT Polyclonal antibody, and Phospho-AKT (Ser473) Monoclonal antibody were supported by Proteintech Group, Inc.(Rosemont, IL, USA), and Foxp3 (D6O8R) Rabbit mAb was supported by CST Co., Ltd. (Danvers, MA, USA).
