Cytokine Release by B Cells

Isolated B cells were plated at a concentration of 2 million cells per ml in the presences of 10 μg/ml IgM or 10 μg/ml LPS. The concentration of IL-1β and IL-10 secreted by spleens were verified from the serum samples.
