Anti pd 1 apc clone eh12.2h7

Manufactured by BioLegend

Anti-PD-1-APC (clone EH12.2H7) is a fluorochrome-conjugated antibody that binds to the PD-1 protein. PD-1 is a cell surface receptor expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and myeloid cells. This product can be used for flow cytometric detection and analysis of PD-1 expression.

PBMCs were stained using HLA-A*02:01 Dextramer-RPE [GPC3144–152 (FVGEFFTDV), HIV19–27 (TLNAWVKVV) or negative control; Immudex] and HLA-A*24:02 Dextramer-RPE [GPC3298–306 (EYILSLEEL), HIV583–591 (RYLKDQQLL); Immudex] for 15 min at room temperature, followed by anti-CD8-FITC (clone T8, Beckman Coulter), anti-PD-1-APC (clone EH12.2H7, BioLegend), or isotype control-APC (clone MOPC-21, BioLegend) for 20 min at 4°C. Flow cytometry was performed using a FACSCanto II (BD Biosciences).

PBMC Activation and Phenotyping

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Blood samples were drawn at several time points during treatment. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were purified, washed and counted. 1 × 105 Lymphocytes in each sample were activated with plate bound anti CD3 (1.0 μg/ml, clone OKT3, Invitrogen). The cells were than stained with the following antibodies: anti- CD8 PB (clone RPA-T8, BioLegend), anti PD-1 APC (clone EH12.2H7, BioLegend), anti CD69 APC (clone FN50, BioLegend).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
