Two cell lines were used in this study: the human trophoblast cell line HTR‐8/SVneo, and the HUVEC‐C cell line, which was obtained from the Type Culture Collection of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China). HTR‐8/SVneo cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 and HUVEC‐C cells were cultured in ECM (KeyGEN, Nanjing, China), to which 10% fetal bovine serum (GIBCO, BRL, Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA),100 U/mL penicillin and 100 mg/mL streptomycin (Invitrogen) were added. Cells were incubated in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 at 37°C and were passaged every 3 days.
Huvec c
HUVEC-C is a primary human umbilical vein endothelial cell line. It is a widely used in vitro model for the study of endothelial cell biology and function.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
