Immunofluorescence Staining of Vimentin and E-cadherin

Cells were fixed at the indicated time point in 4% paraformaldehyde, blocked in IF blocking buffer (1% BSA, 5% goat serum, 0.2% NP-40, 0.02% sodium azide), and stained with primary antibodies rabbit anti-Vimentin (#5741), or mouse anti-E-cadherin (#14472) (both from Cell Signaling Technology), followed fluorescently labeled anti-rabbit or anti-mouse secondary antibodies (Life Technologies) as appropriate.
