Cell Viability Assay for Leukemia

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Leukemia cells were seeded in 96-well plates at a density of 1 × 103 cells per well. The cell viability was determined by Cell Counting kit-8 (CCK8) assay (Dojindo Molecular Technologies, Tokyo, Japan) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cell proliferation was calculated as a percentage of that in cells in control medium. Each concentration was tested in triplicate and repeated in at least three independent experiments. The calculation was performed by Graph Prism software 7.0 (GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA, USA).

Statistical Analysis of Experimental Data

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Student’s t-tests were used to compare two groups. Three or more groups were analyzed with one-way analysis of variance. For all tests, p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Graphs were generated using GraphPrism software 7.0 (GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA, USA). All data are expressed as mean ± SD.

Optimizing Cell Culture Conditions

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All date shown were mean ± standard deviation (SD). Statistical analyses were performed using ANOVA followed by Tukey's post hoc analysis (Graph prism software 7.0, USA). A statistically significant difference is considered if p is less than 0.05.

Protein Quantification in Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All experiments were performed independently at least three times. Statistically significant differences were determined using the unpaired t-test. Graphprism software 7.0 was used for statistical analyses. Data are reported as mean ± SEM with significance set at P < 0.05. p-values for each experiment are provided in the figure legends.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
