Analyzing Protein Dynamics in HEK-293 Cells

HEK-293 cell lines were expanded in growth medium (DMEM, ThermoFisher, 10% FCS) at 37°C/5% CO₂. Prior to transfection, cells were seeded to a 40–50% confluency in tissue culture plates. Transfections were performed using GeneJuice® reagent (Sigma-Aldrich, 70967) according to manufacturer’s specifications, and the samples were further processed 48 h after transfection.
