The miRNA oligonucleotides were transfected using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX (50 nmol/L; Invitrogen, CA, USA).

Modulating circ-DAB1 and RBPJ in BMSCs

The pcDNA3.1/circ-DAB1 and empty pcDNA3.1(+) circRNA mini vector, pcDNA3.1/RBPJ and empty pcDNA3.1 vector, miR-1270 mimic, miR-944 mimic, and NC mimic all were produced by Genepharma (Shanghai, China) for gene overexpression.
