Brain tissues and cells were homogenized using RIPA buffer. Secondary antibodies conjugated with HRP against either rabbit or mouse IgG (1:3000; Cell Signaling Technology, 7071 and 7072) were applied. Digital images were quantified by densitometric measurement with the Image-Pro Plus software.
