TLR Agonist-Induced Cytokine Profiling in Dendritic Cells

In all the experiments each condition was plated in technical triplicate. Cytokine Secretion Assay in Leukemia

Quantifying IL-12(p40) in L. gasseri-treated J774.1 cells
