Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium (DMEM) was purchased from BioWhittaker (Walkersville, MD, USA). DMEM powder, foetal bovine serum (FBS) and trypsin-ethylenediamine tetraacetate (trypsin-EDTA) were obtained from Gibco BRL (Carlsbad, CA, USA). Calcium chloride dihydrate (CaCl2·2H2O), sodium bicarbonate, dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) and thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) were from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Streptavidin from Streptomyces avidinii, Poly(ethylene glycol) 2-aminoethyl ether biotin, and fibronectin (derived from human plasma) were obtained from Sigma Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). The chemotherapy drugs, gemcitabine and anastrozole, were purchased from Sigma Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).

Strontium chloride (SrCl2), sodium sulfite (Na2SO3), and 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). Dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (DMEM), dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO), thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT), and ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). DMEM powder, fetal bovine serum (FBS), trypsin-ethylene diamine tetra acetate (trypsin-EDTA), and penicillin-streptomycin were from Gibco BRL (CA). Sigma Aldrich provided the poly (ethylene glycol) 2-aminoethyl ether biotin (St. Louis, MO, USA). The company Qiagen (Hilden, Germany) provided the RNase-free water, which was used to dissolve all of the siRNAs employed in this investigation. MCF-7 and 4T1 cells were originally obtained from ATCC (Manassas, VA, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
