Quantifying HMGB1 Secretion in 4T1 Cells

4T1 cells were seeded into a 24‐well plate at a density of 1×10⁵ cells per for 12 h. After that, the cells were treated with PBS, HFn, Dox (2 µm), or Dox@HFn (10 µm) for 24 h.
