CCL2 Cytokine Detection in Tumor Tissues

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
At 24 h post administration, mice were bled for sera and killed for tumor collection. The obtained tumor was added to tissue lysate (absin, abs9225, Shanghai, China) at 10 mg tumor tissue/50 μL tissue lysate and homogenized using a tissue homogenizer. The supernatant was collected by centrifugation. Both sera and tumor tissue lysates were collected for CCL2 cytokine detection by mouse CCL2 ELISA kits (absin, abs520016).

Cytokine Profiling in Murine Retinas

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Protein was extracted from the retinas from mice in each group at P17 with tissue lysate (Absin, Shanghai, China) containing protease inhibitors. The production of 8 cytokines (TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, CXCL1) in retinal supernatants from each group was measured using the Mouse Cytokine Assay Kit (BIO-RAD, Richmond, VA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The signals were detected and data analyzed by the Luminex 200 System (Thermo Scientific, San Diego, CA, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
