Rabbit anti

Manufactured by Abcam
Sourced in United Kingdom

Rabbit anti- is a primary antibody that recognizes a specific target antigen. It is produced by immunizing rabbits with the target antigen and purifying the resulting polyclonal antibodies. This product can be used in various immunoassays and research applications to detect and study the target protein.

Total protein was extracted from peritoneal macrophages using RIPA lysis buffer (Beyotime, Shanghai, China) with phenylmethanesulfonyl (PMSF; Beyotime) and cocktail (Sigma-Aldrich). The total protein in each sample was separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and then transferred to nitrocellulose filter membranes (HATF00010; MilliporeSigma, Burlington, MA, USA). The membranes were incubated with primary antibodies at 4 °C after blocking with 5% skim milk. The primary antibodies were rabbit anti-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) alpha1 (phospho T183) + AMPK alpha2 (phospho T172) (Abcam, Cambridge, UK), rabbit anti-AMPK (Abcam) and mouse anti-β-actin (Abcam). On the following day, the membranes were incubated with the horseradish peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulin G (IgG) or goat anti-mouse IgG (Zsbio, Beijing, China) at 25 °C for 1 h. The images were acquired using a protein imaging system (Proteinsimple, lourCherm FC3, China).

Mouse anti-Myc monoclonal antibody, rabbit anti-Flag monoclonal antibody and mouse anti-β-actin monoclonal antibody were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). Mouse anti-Flag monoclonal antibody was purchased from Sigma–Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). rabbit anti-LGP2 polyclonal antibody and rabbit anti-eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4 gamma (eIF4G) polyclonal antibody were purchased from Abcam(Cambridge, MA, USA). Anti-VP1 polyclonal antibody was prepared by our laboratory (unpublished data). The full-length cDNA of LGP2 was amplified from PK-15 cells and cloned into pcDNATM3.1/myc-His(-)A vector (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) to generate the Myc-tagged expressing plasmid (Myc-LGP2). Various Flag-tagged viral protein expressing plasmids were constructed by our lab previously as described.3 (link) A series of Myc-tagged LGP2 mutant constructs were generated by site-directed mutagenesis PCR.59 All the generated expressing plasmids were analysed and verified by DNA sequencing.

Ovaries were harvested as described above and 20-μm cryosections were prepared and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 h, incubated with rabbit anti-neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase 1 (NTRK1) monoclonal antibody (Abcam, Cambridge, UK) overnight at 4 °C, and then labeled with Alexa Fluor 549 donkey anti-rabbit antibody (Jackson Immuno Research, West Grove, USA). Sections were then stained with DAPI (Solarbio, Beijing, China) before mounting with Gold Anti-fade Reagent (Invitrogen, Calsbad, USA). Images were then acquired with an LSM710 (Carl Zeiss, Milano, Italy).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
